2: Play within the theme. Both the theme of the AU and of the game. That's what we're here for, dudes.

3: Be around. Just be active in a thread once a month, or don't sit on your characters. Let other folks have a go if you can't manage it.

4: Don't bite off more than you can chew. There's technically no upper limit to how many folks you can play, but be reasonable.

if you try to go super saiyan in a regular life au, you're gonna end up with an afro and a lot of static electricity. we'll give you a rundown of au power nerfs and effects with each update.

what if a character goes through the same au twice?
they pick up where they left off! mid-sentence, mid-stride, whatever. of course, they know damn well that they've been elsewhere, but this place doesn't seem to recognise the fact.

what do you mean they're 'aware' of the au?
characters will know that this isn't their normal life, but they can't act without the parameters of their chosen role. they can try and find out what's going on, but only within those limitations.
